Back to school! 📚Always learning!

With massage, it’s important to refresh and update skills and techniques, to be able to provide the best massage solutions for you, my valuable clients.

So today I went back to one of my favourite massage schools, to help the students doing a manual Lymphatic Drainage massage course. I was a student of this course 3 years ago so it was nice to go back, help out and share my expertise and pick up some new ideas.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage is a soft massage technique to help shift excess fluid from areas of the body, great if you have swelling of joints.

I look forward to being able to share more with you at your next massage.

This is my favourite beach in Lipsi for my morning swim.

Every morning (well most mornings) you’ll see me enjoying the serenity of the morning sun, doing my morning ritual of swimming from Leindou to Kampos Beach and back.

Good for the mind, body and soul. It helps me to set my intentions for the day whilst ensuring I stay fit to massage all my amazing clients.

This morning there were other swimmers and a lady doing amazing yoga poses 🧘‍♂️
