✅I started my career in health and wellness field in 1991.
Starting with physiotherapy and the extensive experience in sports massage and injury rehabilitation gained from my time with the national water sport teams (swimming, diving, synchronized swimming and water polo) and national cycling team as well.
I became more involved in the holistic and energetic approach to treatments. I was trained by excellent teachers in techniques and therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, chromatherapy, shiatsou, cupping, gua sha, Thai, Tibetan and Hippocratic massage treatment.
My love and interest in my fellow human being, as well as the need for homeostasis and balance, prompted me to study extensively the hippocratic texts with the main purpose of comprehensive healing through detoxification of internal organs and change of nutrition habits. The highest goal is the awakening of the consciousness of man through his choices.
