I was awarded my BSc degree with a major in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 2018 (Halifax, NS, Canada). After my BSc completion, I attended the 8-week MBSR program at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. I directly continued with my teacher training and was awarded with the Advanced MBSR Facilitation Certificate from the Centre for Mindfulness Studies (Toronto, ON, Canada). I

am currently a subcontractor at UCSF, while, also, under clinical training at the Hellenic Association for Existential Psychology to pursue my existential psychotherapy certification.
