🌌 Tonight: A Celestial Dance Before Dawn
July 23, 2025 — the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter will align in a breathtaking triangle just before sunrise.

🔭 In the eastern sky, the crescent Moon will rise near the gas giant Jupiter, with the dazzling Venus shining higher above — the two brightest planets and our Moon in a single frame.

🪐 Jupiter, over 600 million kilometers away, will glow steadily with its golden hue.
♀️ Venus, wrapped in reflective clouds, will appear even brighter, often mistaken for a star.
🌙 And the Moon, only 384,000 km from us, will display its faint “Earthshine,” lighting up its dark side.

This rare lineup — visible to the naked eye — is more than a beautiful sight. It’s a reminder of the elegant clockwork of our solar system.

🕓 When to watch?
Just before dawn (around 04:30–05:30 local time). Look east. You’ll see them rise with the morning light.

✨ A triangle of worlds.
A fleeting moment in cosmic rhythm.
Look up — the universe is performing.

On August 2, 2027, the world will witness one of the most extraordinary astronomical events of the century—a total solar eclipse lasting up to 6 minutes and 23 seconds, making it the longest eclipse visible from land since 1991 and the longest until the year 2114. This rare phenomenon will occur because the Moon will be near its closest point to Earth (perigee), making it appear large enough to completely cover the Sun and reveal the ethereal solar corona. The path of totality will begin in the eastern Atlantic Ocean and move across parts of southern Spain, Portugal, and Gibraltar, sweeping through North Africa—including Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, and Egypt, where Luxor is expected to experience the maximum duration of totality. The eclipse will then cross Saudi Arabia, including cities like Mecca and Jeddah, before passing over parts of Yemen and the Horn of Africa. Regions outside the direct path will still witness a partial eclipse across a wide area. This once-in-a-lifetime event is not only a spectacular visual experience but also a major opportunity for scientists to study the Sun’s atmosphere. Observers are strongly encouraged to plan early, as eclipse tourism is expected to surge in key viewing regions.

🌕 FULL BUCK MOON – July 10, 2025
As golden light sweeps across the fields, the Full Buck Moon rises — glowing brighter and larger than usual.

🦌 Named after the time when young bucks grow new antlers, this midsummer Moon will appear at its biggest and brightest around moonrise, shortly after sunset.

📍 Best time to watch?
Look east just after the Sun sets on July 10 — when the Moon is near the horizon, it appears extra large due to the “moon illusion.”

🌾 Let the Moon light up your night.
Nature is putting on a show.
