Dr. Papalampros is a leading Obstetrician-Gynecologist with over 30 years of clinical, academic, and surgical excellence. A graduate of the University of Ioannina Medical School (1992), he further specialized in the UK, where he spent a decade working at top hospitals and gaining advanced expertise in Endoscopic Surgery, Colposcopy, and Menopause Management.
🔬 He introduced globally recognized techniques and instruments for hysteroscopic and laparoscopic procedures — including, in collaboration with world-renowned Mr. A. Magos, the development of the mini-resectoscope, enabling pain-free uterine surgeries without general anesthesia.
🏥 He served as lead consultant in the UK's most specialized fibroid clinic and gained international recognition for his work in reducing surgical blood loss in laparoscopic procedures, which he presented at global medical conferences.
🌿 With deep commitment to innovation, he also trained under the legendary Mr. Whitehead in menopause treatment, earning credentials in hormone therapy using transdermal and topical methods.
🇬🇷 In Greece, he founded the Athens Institute of Obstetrics & Gynecology, which offers integrated, patient-centered care across specialties — empowering women with accessible medical information and customized surgical solutions.
