✨DO THIS SHORT MEDITATION ✨

🐤Ensure that you create a silent environment for a while. Allow only natural sounds to be present.

🧘Then lie down or sit on your back and close your eyes.

🛌Allow your eyes to seal naturally, as it happens when you fall asleep.

🌬️Now take a moment to only focus on your breath.

🌀The natural, rhythmic, physical breath.

👂Observe the natural breath.

👃The way the air comes in and out through the nostrils.

🤰The natural lift and drop of the belly.

🌄The movement of the little ribs as they move apart, as two small mountains that move apart to reveal the sun as you inhale.

✨Now feel the light inside your heart.

🌞The light that emanates through the chest and vibrates around you.

💖Maybe its pink or it has a different colour.

👤See the physical sensations this observation gives you.

🤲The amount of freedom the breathing action and spread of your light as you breath naturally it gives you.

🤏Focus on the breathing quality for a few seconds.

☝️Do not try to change anything, only observe and breath as natural as possible.

👁️Then open your eyes and continue with your day.

🧠Repeat when you feel worried, disoriented and not focused.

💫Now go and offer this light out in whatever you are doing.
