The method of teaching is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system, a set sequence of flowing postures connecting breath with movement. The sequence is designed to develop strength and endurance as well as to improve flexibility. The intense physical activity and dynamic rhythm of the practice leads to the creation of heat (sweat) through which the body is purified. The practice is done in small groups allowing for close personal attention from the teacher and can be adjusted according to the level, age, physical condition and flexibility of each student. In this way students can develop a sustainable practice at their own pace and with the necessary adjustments suiting their particular needs. Come join our daily group classes, create your own group or ask for a private class. Special classes can be arranged for pregnant women or for people recovering from a particular injury. The teacher
