Our seasonal yoga retreat in Crete in April 2026 is an offering for those who feel the pull to reset, soften, and begin again.

We’ve envisioned Spring Awakening as a gentle threshold between winter and what comes next, a space where movement, breath, rest, and nature meet without rush or expectation. A place where yoga and mindfulness are not about striving, but about remembering how to listen to yourself again.

Mornings unfold slowly, with grounding practices at sunrise, mindful movement, and time to settle into your body before the day opens. Afternoons are intentionally spacious: for swimming, hiking, wandering village paths, journaling, or simply resting under the Cretan sun. Nothing to keep up with, nowhere else to be.

Set on the land of Crete, surrounded by sea, mountains, and ancient rhythms, this retreat is as much about presence as it is about practice. Nature becomes the teacher, the pace becomes the medicine, and community becomes a source of support.

Spring is a season of renewal, and we’re holding space for you to step into it with clarity, ease, and curiosity.

[Autumn-Winter Community Yoga Schedule]

We invite you into our safe container of belonging, where practice deepens in the company of hearts pulsing in rhythm.

Our studio is where the warmth of shared breath softens the chill of the new season. Where every inhale is lifted by many, every exhale surrenders into something larger than ourselves.
