Το σύστημα Σιβανάντα Γιόγκα που διδάσκω βασίζεται στην αρχαία
παράδοση της Χάθα Γιόγκα, που συνδέει μεταξύ τους την κίνηση, την
αναπνοή και τη χαλάρωση.
Η έκταση λειτουργεί ευεργετικά σε όλο το σώμα, δίνοντας μυικό τόνο,
ενδυναμώνοντας τη σπονδυλική στήλη, αυξάνοντας την ευκαμψία και
βοηθώντας στη χαλάρωση του νου και των συναισθημάτων.

The Sivananda Yoga system I teach is based on the ancient Hatha Yoga tradition, which connects the movement, the breathing and relaxation. The stretching works beneficially throughout the body, giving muscle tone,
