Due to the situation created by the Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to inform you , that we provide PCR and RAPID test for Covid-19 in our facility.
For the PCR test (molecular analysis) the result-certification is ready within 18-24 hours, if the test done on weekdays.
If the test is done on Saturday after 13:00 pm or on Sunday the result will be ready on following Monday.

For the RAPID test (antigen test) the result is ready within 15-20 minutes and the certification is ready within 1-2 hours.
Both tests can be done by nasopharyngeal or by oropharyngeal swab, up to your request.
All certifications are in English and we will send them to you via e-mail.
Please pay attention to the existing medical protocol of the country you are interested in going to.
How many hours before your flight do you need to take the test (96h/72h/48h/24h)?
These hours may change before your trip.

Τι είναι αυτό που καθιστά την υδροθεραπεία τόσο δημοφιλή στην φυσιοθεραπευτική αποκατάσταση;

Η υδροθεραπεία είναι η φυσιοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση που λαμβάνει χώρα μέσα στο νερό, συνηθέστερα σε πισίνα. Η υδροθεραπεία είναι γνωστή και ως υδροθεραπευτική αποκατάσταση και συχνά χρησιμοποιείται και ο όρος ‘’θεραπευτική άσκηση στο νερό’’.
Η υδροθεραπεία γίνεται ολοένα και πιο δημοφιλής ως μέσο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης ως μια ασφαλή εναλλακτική παρέμβαση κατάλληλη για άτομα όλων των ηλικιών και κάθε επιπέδου φυσικής κατάστασης. Αλλά γιατί έχει τόσο καλά αποτελέσματα;

√ Το ζεστό νερό : διευκολύνει τη χαλάρωση των μυών και αυξάνει την κυκλοφορία. Βελτιώνει την ιδιοδεκτικότητα, την ισορροπία και τη σταθερότητα του κορμού
√ Η πυκνότητα (ιξώδες) του νερού: παρέχει αντίσταση στην κίνηση ώστε να γίνει ενδυνάμωση μυϊκών ομάδων.
√ Η μείωση των δυνάμεων της βαρύτητας: Η πισίνα επιτρέπει στον ασθενή να σταθεί όρθιος (ακόμη και αν δεν μπορεί να το πετύχει εκτός νερού) και να ξεκινήσει επανεκπαίδευση βάδισης καθώς και ασκήσεις ενδυνάμωσης χωρίς να προκαλέσει φθορά (λόγω φόρτισης) σε δομές και ιστούς που δεν έχουν ιαθεί πλήρως.
√ Πλευστότητα- Άνωση: Η πλευστότητα στο ζεστό νερό μειώνει τον πόνο και υποστηρίζει τις αρθρώσεις και το σωματικό βάρος του θεραπευόμενου. Μειώνοντας τις δυνάμεις της βαρύτητας , ελαττώνονται και όλες οι συμπιεστικές δυνάμεις -φαινόμενα στο σώμα του θεραπευόμενου.
√ Βελτίωση του ηθικού και της αυτοπεποίθησης: παρέχοντας ένα ευχάριστο θεραπευτικό μέσο μέσα στο οποίο ο θεραπευόμενος μπορεί να εκτελεί λειτουργικές κινήσεις.

What makes aquatic physical therapy so prominent in the rehabilitation process?
Aquatic therapy is physical therapy that takes place in a pool or other aquatic environment under the supervision of a trained healthcare professional. Aquatic therapy is also known as aquatic rehabilitation, therapeutic aquatic exercise or hydrotherapy.
Aquatic therapy continues to grow in popularity as a safe complement or alternative to traditional land-based therapy that is suitable for children and adults of all ages and fitness levels. But why does it work so well?

√ Warm water: facilitates muscle relaxation and increases peripheral circulation; stimulates body awareness, balance, and trunk stability
