Mahmoud started to dive 15 years ago and became a PADI & SSI IDC Staff Instructor. He loves sharing his passion for diving: just imagine how amazing it is to feel freedom and weightlessness, be in a meditative state and experience a deep connection with your own breath meanwhile discovering an amazing, adventurous world. While doing his free diving master course in Indonesia he discovered his love for yoga and pranayama (breathing techniques). He completed his first 200hour Yoga Teacher Training in 20016 in Switzerland and another one followed in Bali. His interest in anatomy led him to a 120hour online course. Working as a diving freelancer and Yoga Teacher is what he loves to do and both passions help him to move forward on his journey of growth and connection.
