After 8 beautiful summers teaching yoga in Serifos, my journey continues from Athens with retreats in nature.

Combining focused practice, exploration and connection, I invite you to join upcoming retreats in Sikinos (Sept) & Amorgos (Oct) My name is Hara and I began practicing Yoga since 2013, while I was looking for a form of exercise to relief my volleyball back injury. I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, YogaWorks RYT 200Hr
