Lab-Ada Last project Meeting in Rome
On the 5th of February 2024, the partners of an ambitious educational project congregated for their 4th Transnational Meeting in Rome, Italy. This significant event, orchestrated by PROMETEO, took place in the serene premises of Casa Mater Amabilis.. The gathering marked a pivotal moment in the project’s lifecycle, focusing on a comprehensive review of project activities, financial management, and the strategic planning of future initiatives.
The meeting’s agenda was meticulously structured to cover a broad spectrum of topics crucial for the project’s progression. One of the primary subjects discussed was the management of project activities and finances, underscoring the importance of meticulous oversight in ensuring the project’s objectives are met within the allocated budget. The preparation of the final report, a critical document that encapsulates the project’s outcomes, achievements, and learning, was also deliberated.
The promotion and sharing of the project’s achievements were also addressed, with discussions on the preparation of national reports, a common report, and the enhancement of the project’s website. These efforts are aimed at disseminating the project’s results and methodologies to a broader audience, fostering a wider appreciation and application of its findings.
Looking ahead, the partners planned for future activities, including small-scale conferences, an online meeting, and the final conference and meeting in Rome.
