Knowing who you truly are, deep in your core, doesn't change the world at this time. It doesn't stop wars, abuse or systemic oppression. It doesn't stop the weapons, the death, the destruction.

It does let you stand in truth, in love, in compassion. It does help you build a new world based on beauty, equality, respect for all beings. It does plant the seeds for a new reality. One we will not see in this lifetime.

It is worth it though. To stand rooted in who you are. AND name the harm. AND choose what you stand for in this fleeting moment called life on planet earth. One does not exclude the other or make you less spiritual.

~ To Yoga Somatics συνδυάζει την αγάπη μου για την kundalini yoga και το somatic healing.

~ Από την kundalini δανειζόμαστε κρίγιες (αλληλουχία ασκήσεων με συγκεκριμένο ρυθμό κι ενέργεια), pranayamas (διαλογισμός βασισμένος στην αναπνοή ή breathwork) και mantras (sacred meditative music).

~ Από το somatic healing δανειζόμαστε τεχνικές απελευθέρωσης του στρες κι εξισορρόπησης - αναζωογόνησης του νευρικού συστήματος!

~ Η πρόθεση της πρακτικής είναι η γείωση μέσα στο φυσικό σώμα, η απελευθέρωση της ροής της ενέργειας κι η καλλιέργεια της ικανότητας μας να μένουμε γειωμένα και σταθερά μέσα στα ανεβοκατεβάσματα της ζωής!
