THE BRICK RESIDENCE

Πρόκειται για μια ισόγειο κατοικία συνολικού εμβαδού 125,64 τ.μ., η οποία βρίσκεται στο Άδενδρο, μια κωμόπολη του νομού Θεσσαλονίκης.
Ο σχεδιασμός ολόκληρης της κατοικίας βασίστηκε σε απλές, λιτές γραμμές, με έντονα στοιχεία βιομηχανικού στυλ να συμπληρώνουν αρμονικά την αισθητική του χώρου. Ο συνδυασμός υλικών , οι πλούσιες υφές, τα χρώματα, οι λεπτομέρειες στις οροφές με γραμμικούς φωτισμούς είναι στοιχεία που κυριαρχούν σε όλους τους χώρους της κατοικίας.
ΚΑΘΙΣΤΙΚΟ – ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑΡΙΑ - ΚΟΥΖΙΝΑ
Δάπεδο πλακιδίου σε γκρι απόχρωση το οποίο μιμείται την πατητή τσιμεντοκονία και τοίχοι επενδυμένοι με την τεχνοτροπία σταμπωτού σε υφή ρουστίκ τούβλου κάνουν έντονη αντίθεση με τα τα υπόλοιπα στοιχεία του χώρου σε πιο ήπιους και γήινους τόνους. Ξύλινες λεπτομέρειες τόσο στα έπιπλα όσο και σε επενδύσεις-ειδικές κατασκευές με κάθετες κολώνες και πηχάκια δίνουν μια νότα ζεστασιάς και άνεσης στο χώρο.
Δόθηκε ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στην είσοδο της κατοικίας, όπου ένας τούβλινος τοίχος διατρεχόμενος από ξύλινες κολώνες στη συνέχεια διατρέχεται από μεταλλικές κολώνες – φωτιστικά ειδικής κατασκευής, τονίζοντας με δεσμίδες φωτός το ρουστίκ τούβλο. Μια ειδική κατασκευή που λειτουργεί ως κάβα κρασιών και ταυτόχρονα αποθήκευσης, η οποία οριοθετεί νοητά το χώρο του καθιστικού από τον χώρο στης κουζίνας , αποτελεί ταυτόχρονα το background της τραπεζαρίας. Ένας γραμμικός φωτισμός ο οποίος ξεκινά κάθετα από την είσοδο της κατοικίας διατρέχει όλη την κατασκευή του διαδρόμου εισόδου, τονίζοντάς την και αναδεικνύοντας την κίνηση στο χώρο, καταλήγει στο τέλος του καθιστικού. Η ίδια νοοτροπία σχεδιασμού αντανακλάται και στο χώρο της κουζίνας ,με τη λειτουργικότητα σε πρώτο πλάνο ,επιλέγοντας σκούρα χρώματα που σε συνδυασμό με το ξύλο συνδέονται αρμονικά με τον υπόλοιπο χώρο . Η έντονη μαύρη γραμμική λεπτομέρεια με τα σποτ στην οροφής της κουζίνας τονίζει το περίγραμμά της και ταυτόχρονα την οριοθετεί οπτικά και νοητά.
MASTER BEDROOM – ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟ
Στους υπόλοιπους χώρους – δωμάτια της κατοικίας έχει επιλεχθεί το ξύλο ως κυρίαρχο υλικό ,τόσο στα δάπεδα όσο και στα έπιπλα και τις κατασκευές , προσδίδοντας μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα και αισθητική. Οι κάθετες κατασκευές με τα συμπλέγματα ξύλινων κολώνων και φωτισμού led στα ενδιάμεσα κενά αποτελούν χαρακτηριστικό όλων των χώρων, με την καθετότητα να προσδίδει επιπλέον ύψος. Ο τοίχος με την τεχνική της πατητής τσιμεντοκονίας στο προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού σε συνδυασμό με τους καθρέφτες που έχουν τοποθετηθεί στον τοίχο που διαχωρίζει το dressing room προσδίδει επιπλέον βάθος και το δωμάτιο οπτικά φαίνεται μεγαλύτερο.
MAIN BATHROOM – W.C/2ND BATHROOM
Την ίδια νοοτροπία με τις καθετότητες συναντάμε και στα δυο λουτρά , στα οποία κυριαρχεί και πάλι η υφή του ξύλου αλλά σε υλικό πλακιδίου. Στο κυρίως λουτρό γραμμικοί φωτισμοί τονίζουν την κατασκευή του επίπλου νιπτήρα από πλακάκι τύπου ξύλο , το οποίο προσδίδει μια ένταση και διαφοροποίηση από στο υπόλοιπο μπάνιο όπου κυριαρχεί το γκρι. Στο δεύτερο λουτρό κυριαρχεί το λευκό πλακάκι τύπου τουβλάκι ,με την ιδιαίτερη τοποθέτηση των πλακιδίων με τεχνική ψαροκόκαλο. Όπως στο κυρίων λουτρό έτσι κι εδώ αντίθεση αποτελούν λεπτομέρειες σε υφές ξύλου στην ντουζιέρα και στο επιπλάκι μπάνιου.

“The Brick Residence” is a ground floor house with a total area of 125.64 sq.m. , which is located in Adendro, a small town in the prefecture of Thessaloniki.
The design of the whole house was based on simple, austere lines, with strong elements of industrial style to harmoniously complete the aesthetics of the space. The combination of materials, rich textures, colors, details on the ceilings with linear lighting are basic elements that characterize each area of the house.
LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM – KITCHEN
Gray tile floor that mimics the cement mortar effects and walls covered with the style of stamped in a rustic brick texture make a strong contrast with the other elements of the space in softer and more earthy tones. Wooden details both in the furniture and in the upholstery-special constructions with vertical columns and slats give a feeling of warmth and comfort in the whole space.
Particular emphasis was placed on the entrance of the house, where a red brick wall on which are running vertically wooden and metal columns - specially made luminaires, highlighting the rustic brick with bundles of light. A special construction whose function is a wine cellar and storage cupboard at the same time, conceptually delimits the living room from the kitchen and also is the background of the dining room. A linear lighting that starts vertically from the entrance of the house runs through the entire construction of the entrance hall, emphasizing it and highlighting the movement in the space, ending up at the end of the living room.
The same design concept is reflected in the kitchen area with functionality in the foreground, choosing dark colors that in combination with the wood are harmoniously connected with the livingroom area . The intense black linear detail with the spots on the kitchen ceiling emphasizes its contour and at the same time delimits it visually and conceivably.
MASTER BEDROOM - OFFICE
In the other areas - rooms of the house, wood has been chosen as the dominant material, both in the floors and in the furniture and constructions, giving a warm atmosphere and aesthetics. The vertical constructions with the complexes of vertical wooden columns and led lighting in the intermediate gaps are characteristic of all the spaces, with the verticality giving additional height. The wall with the technique of cement mortar effect on the headboard of the bed in combination with the mirrors that have been placed on the wall that separates the dressing room gives extra depth and the room visually looks bigger.
MAIN BATHROOM – W.C/2ND BATHROOM
The concept with the verticality is found in both baths, in which the texture of the wood again dominates but in tile material. In the main bathroom, linear lighting emphasizes the construction of the sink furniture from wood-type tile, which gives an intensity and differentiation from the rest of the bathroom where gray dominates. The second bathroom is dominated by the white brick type tile, with the special placement of the tiles with herringbone technique. As in the master bathroom, the contrast here are details in wood textures in the shower and in the bathroom tile.
