Σήμερα, στις 21:00, στην TV100 και στην εκπομπή Αδρεναλίνη, μιλάμε -και γιογκάρουμε-με τον μοναδικό Έβδο Άρη για την επίδραση της yoga στον εγκέφαλο, τον τρόπο σκέψης και τη συμπεριφορά και ειδικά σε εγκεφάλους με ΔΕΠΥ (aka ADHD).

Ημέρα κοσμοϊστορικών γεγονότων σήμερα. Ημέρα καμπής για την ανθρωπότητα (Γάζα, Ιράν) με κοινή πρόθεση να βοηθήσουμε την ανθρωπότητα, φωτίζουμε με τον Άρη έναν πιο υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής. Είτε κυνηγάς την αδρεναλίνη, είτε τη γαλήνη, θα καλυφθείς. Σε περιμένουμε.

🤔Ήξερες ότι υπάρχει μια πλατφόρμα που στηρίζει οργανισμούς που στηρίζουν άτομα που έχουν πραγματικά ανάγκη και έχεις εσύ τη δυνατότητα να προσφέρεις σε αυτά με μερικά απλά κλικ;

🫂 Μέχρι οι beyond hugs (Κατερίνα και Αλέξης) να μας κινητοποιήσουν να συμμετάσχουμε με τη δική μας συνεισφορά στην καμπάνια τους Week of Love.

❤️‍🔥Ας είμαστε και προορατικοί. Οι φωτιές στην Ελλάδα είναι τώρα, είναι τα καλοκαίρια και είναι διαχρονικά. 😢

💁🏻Οχι μόνο θα συνεισφέρεις αυτή τη φορά, αλλά θα μάθεις πού μπορείς να συνεισφέρεις κάθε επόμενη φορά.

🫂Ο οργανισμός που θα βοηθήσουμε αυτή τη φορά είναι ο Humanity Greece, που στηρίζει πληγείσες οικογένειες από φυσικές καταστροφές και ευάλωτα άτομα/ οικογένειες.

🧀Ενώ με τα 10-20-30€… σου θα πάρεις είδη πρώτης ανάγκης για τις οικογένειες αυτές…

🆓 Θα πάρεις ταυτόχρονα και απο εμένα -εντελώς δωρεάν- ένα μάθημα γιόγκα,

🧘🏻‍♀️ όπου θα απολαύσουμε παρέα την εξάσκηση αλληλεγγύης και προσφοράς (karma yoga).

💸Η ελάχιστη συνεισφορά θα είναι 10€.
