What is Filo dough or Filo pastry ???

Filo dough or Filo pastry is a very thin layer of unleavened dough which is used to produce salty final products such as "spanakopita",
but also deserts like baklava. Filo dough generally can be used where ever is used puff pastry.

Why Filo dough and not the other known pastries ???

We choose Filo Dough because:
