That was a long journey and a very demanding process, but for a good cause! I strongly believe that our new for just published in JEADV - Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology will provide a solid guide for clinicians to diagnose and treat this common melanoma subtype. Sincere thanks to all the extraordinary colleagues worldwide that contributed. A very good day for the International Dermoscopy Society and hopefully for Dermatology!

AI will drive dermatology's technological transformation in the coming years.
It’s up to us to decide whether to use it just for fun or to integrate it as a tool for diagnosis and precision medicine in practice.
Let’s make 2026 the year we expand our skills by harnessing new technologies.
