Our Yoga Flow classes resume Wednesday, January 7th, offering a gentle and nourishing space to reconnect with your body and inner rhythm.
Through breathwork and flowing sequences, we will slowly awaken the body, allow to move through strengthening and anchoring postures, and create space to release emotions with deeply relaxing postures and guided meditation.
This practice is an invitation to soften, to feel, and to return to balance—at your own pace, with awareness and kindness.
