You may know by now that I am an Ashtangi deep down inside. But I do love challenging Vinyasa classes from time to time.
Here’s a flow that you can get some inspiration. I love the transition from Warrior 3 to Reverse Warrior 3. You can actually do this transition more than once. It gets super delicious….
