👅👃🏼✋🏼 Mindfulness exercise 👂🏼👁️🧠
In the Connect with Yourself Kit, the fourth week is dedicated to mindfulness with an exercice of mindful eating.
Being mindful throughout the day can help a great deal to learn how to live in the moment but also to get in touch with our emotions and feelings.
When we start paying attention around and inside of us, we become more aware of what we are thinking about and how it might influence our behavior.
✨Mindfulneds can be used in different ways:
💭Take the time daily to check in with yourself, be mindful of your mind and of your body.
✋🏼Find a daily activity that you will do mindfuly, in the box I picked eating a small snack, but it can as well be being mindful while: drinking your morning coffee or tea, brushing your teeth, washing your hands, talking a walk, listening to someone or listening nature, etc.
🌾Reflections:
*What are you feeling inside your body?
*Are you aware of all your body part? From your head to your toes?
* What are your 5 senses experiencing?
*What a some of the thought that keeps coming back in your mind while you are being mindful? (By the way, totally normal! )
*How do you feel after paying attention to your stress for 5 minutes?
