Rocket vinyasa yoga has finally landed on The Lake!
This practice is a form of progressive Ashtanga yoga, created by Larry Shultz, (also greatly influenced by the Grateful Dead), designed to attune all the systems of the body, as well as the mind and Spirit. This playful blend of ashtanga's first & second series also calms the nervous system and makes you a better lover for both yourSelf as well as with your beloved(s)!!
I welcome those of the Devine Masculine, to come practice to bring a bit more softness into their world. I also invite those who identify with the Devine Feminine to come practice and welcome more strength into their lives. Join me as we unite both movement and breath and discover just how powerful you really are! 🙌🏼💙🙏
