One of my favourite places to receive and give bodywork is the abdominal regionYou can directly stimulate the organs and everything is very easy to work with. This area tends to have major blockages in people, often from sitting too much, being disconnected from emotions, and not giving attention to the area. Energetically this is the sacral chakra/ lower dantian where our most powerful energies are stored so it’s important to treat and why I love working here so much.Try this technique of peeling all of the soft tissue off of the p***c bone and releasing any tension areas, as the receiver, use your breath, as the giver, use your patience. When you find a painful area, stay there until it melts away.This will increase fertility, creativity, energy, strength, circulation, and all kinds of other good things may happenYou can also easily do it on yourself just put a pillow under the knees to take slack out of the soft tissue in the area ✨Have an amazing day!Key

I strongly believe it’s the little daily habits (like not using plastic to make a hot drink every morning) that stacks up over time and are actually the big habits.Now a days, the average person has a credit card worth of microplastics inside their body, super imbalanced hormones, and microplastics are a cause of testosterone being at an all time low too.The little things in life are the big things, (read that twice) it’s the things we do everyday that add up and make the biggest impact on our life.Do more little things in a healthier more intentional way, and you will life a happier, healthier, more intentional life! The other day I said have an amazing day to someone, he looked at me in the eyes, smiled and said have an Amazing Life! With an epic tone that oozed from the ❤️ I too wish you an amazing life! It’s the daily choices we make that will give you just that ✨🤍My advice to achieve your goals is consistency, I believe it’s the 8th wonder of the world, take something you want more than anything, and do the daily habit(s) to make it happen, if you miss a day that’s okay, get back on it the next day, and keep going for as long as it takes. This point is Lung 1 in Chinese medicine, it’s a major point to boost lung health in all area and help with emotional symptoms like sadness and grief because they’re related to the lungs….Let’s talk about the western anatomy a little bit, if you dig deep in this area, you’ll go through the pack major and get to a little boney prominence called the coracoid process, if you release the muscles attaching to this that pull the shoulder forward, you’re gonna do really good things for your posture, you will release pack minor, the short head of biceps and coracobrachialis, all three of these muscles are sneaky and caused crazy issues when too tight so releasing them opens up a crazy amount of stuff, especially the pec minor, because the thoracic outlet runs under it, and when that gets tight, it messes up your whole body… numbness, weakness, tingles, and a major decrease in the flow of energy, which messes up technically everything... So release the stuff in here, and really good things will happen! ✨

They say the healthy man wants a million things,
The sick man only wants one.

I remember when I ate McDonald’s or fast food almost every day for close to a decade, I had no idea that I was eating garbage, and I felt good eating it, or so I thought, then in my mid 20s, I became health conscious. I started to detox the drugs and bad habits I was doing my whole life. The traumas I was holding onto and the garbage foods I was putting into my body, I spent about two years in debilitating pain, often times you feel a lot worse before you get better. I didn’t know what it felt like to food good without substance until I was in my late 20s, when you live your whole life in a lower state, it becomes the normal.

Every time you make the conscious decision to choose the healthy habit over the non-healthy habit. You stack a win for the healthier version of your future self!

Lao Tzu says “darkness is the gateway to all understanding,” I believe this to be true.

After my first dark retreat it felt like I was high for a month straight, it changes your brain in incredible ways that profoundly changes how you see the world for the better, plus all the resets for your neurotransmitters

Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Toronto!

I was so impressed by the frequency forest, I felt an instant shift in my state the second I walked in the room.

Also if you have never tried floating, your nervous system will thank you, I’ve tracked my heart rate sleeping and when I float it’s like 5bpm less, best way to get out of burnout

Open up your ribs, open up your whole system.

When you release those little muscles between your ribs (the intercostals), it opens you’re breathing, the most foundational tool for health and healing is breathing. In Chinese medicine, tight ribs jam up your Liver Qi, choke your oxygen flow, and put stress on your organs.

Release the trigger point in between your ribs and everything changes, breathing get easy, energy starts moving, and your organs finally get the space and blood flow they deserve.

These gongs are some serious technology! This is a 40” G. Sad story about it, it used to be a G # and fool smashed it so hard it went out of tune, these are meant to be played with care, the owner sent it back to Italy (from Canada) to have it repaired, it was brought it back into its best possible expression which is now a G..

I love using smooth friction mallets… as you glide you’re holding in the energy in the mallet, when you let go of the friction it allows the gong to vibrate into its full expression

These sounds and vibrations tap you into a parasympathetic state quick and heal at the cellular level

Turned #34 today ♌️, had the blessing of getting an all day deep dive ceremony 🍄 from the best shamanic style healing artists I know!

Real talk…
I’ve lost over 25 legitimately close friends and family over the years… car accidents, suicides (yes plural), overdoses, had a friend get beat up and not wake up the next day, I even lost an ex-girlfriend to murder (her BF at the time did it)…. I believe all of these could’ve have been avoided, it comes down to the little decisions we make everyday…life is the greatest gift and any breath could be our last… cherish your relationships, release the ones you outgrow, take calculated risks, don’t play small, follow your heart. Your life is your responsibility, take control. Live it! Always remember that in life.. THE LITTLE THINGS ARE THE BIG THINGS.
What’s you’re seeing the in video is a glimpse of releasing a nugget in my chest….vocal toning can really help distract you from the pain, the vibrations activate the vagus nerve and help release the blockages from the body much faster!

If you’re in Toronto, getting a ceremony from Anthony would be my #1 recommended thing to do hands down
