✨Happy Solstice and Yoga day y’all ✨
The end of the end has taken its form and the new things are ready to take place on matter.
This solstice invites us to GROUND ourselves. But what does that really mean? 👉🏼Being grounded means to be present in your body and being able to feel your body from inside out by feeling the flow of life in every part: from your head to your toes, fingertips, etc.
🌎 Are you able to feel the life? Your body is the part of the material world closest to you. Being grounded means you anchor your light deep into matter. Your cells and molecules of your body are open to receive your light, your soul, reminding YOU ARE THE 🌞 sun OF YOUR own body.
The anchoring of your soul into your body gives you the strength to fulfill your truest desires in life and being aware of your CREATIVe power.
Being the EARTh or your body (feminine and receptive to the sun) and being the SUN or your soul (masculine and expressive towards earth) , when you are grounded it’s easier to feel balanced and to feel clarity and quietness. You are connected to all that happens around you in everyday life and also the more you can create the changes in your life that you long for.
Solstice is the longest day of the year, inviting us to connect with the element of light and flowing with transitions of the undercurrent orchestra guiding our hearts.
Grounding is literally making the bridge between cosmos and Earth, feeling that connection 🌱.
Many of us carry our souls light in the upper half or the body (upper chakras) around head and heart, and we find it difficult to descend to the lower parts of our body, since there is a fear of our own greatness and to make a difference in this world. The fear is ancestral, but now is the moment to heal old pains.
There are easy ways to practice grounding is 👉🏼through yoga, breathwork, nature and JOY. One that is very important is CREATIViTy.
