The weight of this past year sits heavy on my heart. It's been one of the most challenging chapters of my life - navigating the delicate balance of mindful business decisions, leading with unwavering integrity, showing up fully for my children through transitions, and still striving to embody my highest self. This path? It's not just a tightrope walk - it's a journey that tests every fiber of your being.

I'm not sharing this seeking sympathy. Instead, I want to remind you that behind every seemingly perfect Instagram post, behind every serene yoga class, behind every person holding space for others - there's a human walking their own path of challenges and growth.

Life has a way of testing our resilience, but here's what I know for certain: compassion - for ourselves and others - is our guiding light. Moving through our days with an open heart and leading with love isn't just a choice - it's our pathway to collective healing and growth.
