The Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS), Division of Public Health – Bureau of Family Health & Nursing Services, in partnership with Shriners Children’s Hawai‘i Outreach Team, is offering a FREE Pediatric Orthopedic Evaluation Clinic for children in our community! 🌺

This clinic provides evaluations for:

🌺 Guam Community Health Centers Welcome OB/GYN Specialist Dr. Christopher Bieling 🌺

We’re expanding access to women’s health services across Guam!
Guam Community Health Centers (CHC) proudly welcome Dr. Christopher Bieling, a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG).

Dr. Bieling brings years of experience in high-risk obstetrics and gynecologic care, and will serve patients at both Northern and Southern Region Community Health Centers. He will also mentor CHC providers in colposcopy procedures—further strengthening women’s health services for our island community.

The Guam Community Health Centers recently hosted a Brief To***co and Ni****ne Intervention Training to strengthen our collective efforts in promoting a healthier, to***co-free island. 🌺

This training equipped participants with practical skills to help individuals reduce and quit to***co and ni****ne use—empowering our community toward better health outcomes.

A heartfelt thank you to all our dedicated participants for taking the time to learn and engage, and to our amazing partners — the Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center (GBHWC) and the Bureau of Non-Communicable Diseases (BNCD) — for their continued collaboration and support in advancing public health initiatives across our island. 💙

🌸 Day 4 of Primary Care Week with CHC Partners! 🌸

Today’s sessions focused on empowerment, education, and wellness through the support of our amazing community partners:

🤰 Doula Outreach by the Bureau of Women’s Affairs – offering guidance, care, and education to expectant mothers and families, promoting confidence and support throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
🥗 University of Guam’s Land Grant Extension – Nutrition Education Workshop with Ms. Lesha – sharing practical tips and knowledge on healthy eating and nutrition to support overall well-being.
