"It's my first time, and I am so grateful for the opportunity to join. I am a mother of three, and during these workshop lessons, I found myself still lacking in many ways, especially on being active, eating smart, and even knowledge of EFNEP. I had learned a lot π. I enjoyed all the classes. I love my classmates and our teacher π₯°. All the new experiences I learned, I did some together with my family and, yes, we will continue to keep doing it together because it really helped in our home, and for sure it will help our kids outside our home. Thank you."
