So my sounds baths are little different.

Recently, I held a sacred container to guide people to prepare to work with the upcoming energy of the lunar new year.

First we cleared energy from 2025 and grounded our nervous system. Then we worked with horse medicine, met power animals, and created structures that would sustain momentum throughout the year.

Thank you to everyone who leaned in and journeyed with me. Thank you for creating a space that feels real, safe, and grounded.
