HAPPY NEW YEAR from me and these cute kitties to you! I’m thrilled to be back on Guam and I think I finally have my head on straight! 🙃 if you have not heard our New Year Bootcamp at Synergy is starting on Monday, January 15th. You can sign up at the Maite location during any of their class times. The schedule for this years kickstart is as follows.

My phone malfunctioned when we took these but you get the point! LAST DAY OF BOOTCAMP. Whoa I can’t believe it! We lost inches and body fat, gained muscle and strength. Our motivation is back and we proved to ourselves we could do hard things. I’m so sad to say it’s the last class of 2017 but I’m ridiculously excited to team up with for an Insanity and strength bootcamp this January. Stay tuned for details on how you can sign up. LAST FRIDAY! These women rocked FULL PUSH-UPS!! 😍😍😍 they have worked hard with me for the last 4 weeks and their strength and endurance from then until now has infinitely improved. I’m beyond proud of each one of them. My heart is so full. Ladies I ❤️ you and can’t wait to rock out the weekend as we finalize our holiday bootcamp.

Hey, have we met?! Maybe not, either way I’m glad you’re here and I hope we meet soon! But until then, let me take a moment to introduce myself.
I’m Brittney Brady, the owner of the fitness group Insanity Live on Guam. I’m a certified Insanity Live Trainer and a Beachbody ProTeam member. I have been health and fitness coaching for going on 4 years and I’ve been holding Live group training sessions on Guam for the past 6 months. I currently host a holiday bootcamp at Synergy Guam in Maite. I am married, I have 1 cat and 1 dog. I LOVE being active and treating my body with love. I love traveling and hiking mountains. My background is accounting - I’m a CPA and I own my own business aside from fitness. I LOVE meeting new people and I’m super energetic (except for at night 😴 ). I can’t wait to connect with you and hopefully you can join me for a workout soon. 💪🏻

Change happens so slowly we can’t see it sometimes. That doesn’t mean it’s not happening. It’s just that we need to spend a lot of time doing positive things before we can begin to see big changes.
I frequently think about how long it takes me to gain weight - sometimes quickly but not always. Sometimes it takes weeks, months, years to gain weight. So I can equally expect it to take at least that long to see a change.
Don’t give up on that change, it’s promised to you if you put in the work. ❤️
