It’s that time again! 🙌🏽 God has blessed me with the privilege to equip the saints 🗡️🗡️
💎 the first class God called the Deborahs to arise
💎 second class were the Abigails
💎 the third we’re the GENERALS
💎 and numerous one on one sessions in between 🙌🏽

For years I’ve struggled with certain mindsets that limited me from fully obeying God. Since I was set free (strategies I’ve learned taking this class) I wanted nothing more than to equip the saints!

My goal is to equip others so they can go back into their communities and churches & do the same!

LADIES ITS TIME! Rise up and obey God in every area of your life! If you are struggling in your thoughts pls reach out! I’d love to teach you the strategies to walk in freedom!

Screaming We’re back!!! Since lyric gave birth and we moved into our new home, we’ve been on a break.

Last night we studied Joshua 10:16-27 when Joshua and the Israelites defeat the (5) Amorite kings.

💎 what would you do for God if you knew you couldn’t fail?

It felt good to be with amazing women studying the word and encouraging eachother.

Sisters, If you are on Guam just know there’s an open invite every Tuesday 7pm to gather together. We truly walk out the scripture Iron sharpens iron 🙌🏽 I’m so very grateful for each and everyone of you!

Reign: lyly me me promised me that she is going to excercise when I leave
Me: yes my baby I’m walking for reals….

Excercise is one of the most positive coping methods to help you deal with deep pain.

Usually when people are broken hearted they try to fill their hearts with what we call S.T.E.R.B.S (short term energy relieving behaviors) These sterbs are ; excercise, food, s*x, drugs, alcohol & shopping. If we are not careful these sterbs can turn into addictions.

When my dad David died in 2002, I used food as a way to deal with a deep pain. I gained over 50+ lbs and I’m still trying to loose it. Thanks to the grief recovery method I was able to recognize my behaviors when I deal with life events that break my heart.

This time around, I really want to focus on getting my temple right and exercising. Lord give me strength.
