Dr. Noel Silan has been practicing Podiatry on Guam since 1997. He is the son of Dr Rodolfo Silan MD a Family practitioner on Guam since 1968. Dr. Silan graduated from Hawaii Loa college with a B.S. He attended California College of Podiatric Medicine and received his DPM degree. This was followed by Residency trainings at Anaheim General Hospital and David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB both in California. Dr. Silan has taken a fond interest in treating Gout, skin diseases, diabetic neuropathy/ foot problems and sports injuries of the foot. Dr. Silan also performs surgery and can prescribe/cast special accommodative braces for any foot pathology.
