My time here has come to an end and I will forever be grateful for my experiences and opportunities to serve you. Starting a CPR business was the hardest, most fulfilling, and BEST decision I could have ever made. I am forever changed by my time here on Guam.

She absolutely deserves the amazing home she’s going to and I could not be happier! Sometimes saving lives isn’t ALWAYS about humans ❤️ 🐶

Some of my students may remember this pup who just showed up and greeted all of my students before a CPR class...

This is Stella. She was in BAD shape when she found me. She has been rehabilitated, up to date on all shots, and loved a whole bunch. She is absolutely ready to go to her forever home. She’s great with small children and other dogs. Please PM for more information or to meet this sweet girl.

I don’t normally share things like this on here but this is really important to me..

A childhood friend was just diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She is only 33 and a mother to 2 young children and will be out of work receiving her treatments. I am kindly asking for whatever donations you can or if you cannot donate please pray for her and share this post ❤️

One year. 365 days. 52 weeks. Too many hours and even more minutes.

Today is my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY of my business, Don’t Skip A Beat. I started this business a bit scared and a whole lot of excited. And a year later- I feel the same.

I KNOW the importance of the material I am teaching.

I KNOW this saves lives.

I KNOW this provides comfort to new mothers and their babies.

I KNOW this is helping spouses transition into their role as caretakers.

I KNOW this helps nurses save lives on the daily.

I KNOW this provides motivation and inspiration for our youth to work in the medical field one day.

Do you want to know how I know all of this? Because I know these people. I’ve taught these people. I’ve given my ALL to these people.

I cannot even properly put into words what this business and this career have done for my life. It has motivated, challenged, inspired, and changed me. This endeavor has been so indispensable for my soul and my stay here on this beautiful island.

Thank you, Guam.

I am forever grateful.

And I am just getting started!
