How to store and use the milk? Because there are no preservatives and harsh additives in our milk, the shelf like is approximately 7 days refrigerated. And shake the bottle before use to get the mllk mixed.

Remember, separation will occur because there are no xanthan gum, guar gum, or emulsifiers added, which are used to prevent separation and enhance creamy texture. We make natural almond milk. Once you acquire the taste, you'll love it and recognize the difference between natural milk and store bought milk.

Let's talk vaginal health! Ladies, do you know that understanding your vaginal pH balance is important because it helps maintain a healthy vaginal environment and reduces the risk of infections.

A healthy vaginal pH is typically acidic, ranging from 3.8 to 4.5. We have testing strips that can help you assess if symptoms (like itching, burning, or unusual discharge) might be related to a vaginal infection and help you determine next steps.

Additionally, we are introducing Boric Acid suppositories which are used to treat vaginal infections like yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. Typically, a 10-14 day course of treatment is recommended for yeast infections. For bacterial vaginosis, the duration may be lomger, and it's important to follow your doctor's instructions. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to spot Dandalion and Nettle plants.

What a surprise I had this past weekend when my gardener pointed out Dandalion and Nettle Leaf growing among my plants. Two very powerful herbs that many rely on for healing. Although we stock them both as dry herbs, now i know how to spot them in my surroundings.

Dandalion can be eaten cooked or raw. The root contains soluble fiber and may support urinary tract function. It is also used to boost the immune system.

Nettle is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and may help with conditions like arthritis and eczema. Nettle leaf is also often used to support urinary tract health and may help with symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Both are available in store. Remember to bring a jar and reusable bag to shop.

Hello community!!! How yall doing? Swipe for free thyme!

I wanted to drop a new community share project we are starting, and though it says every Friday, I went ahead and brought the first share produce from my garden.

So do you garden? Have excess produce sometimes that you dont know what to do with it? How about sharing it? This is the concept behind the "Community Free Market." We hope that each week we can share produce from our kitchen garden or even if you are a large farmer and have too much of something that you dont want to spoil and waste, drop it off at the store and we will leave it out to share.

Yesterday I cut some broad leaf thyme and took it to the store this morning. Please take some😊. I know we like to use it for green seasoning, but did you also know its antibacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties, which can contribute to overall health and well-being. Additionally, it has been traditionally used to alleviate symptoms of respiratory illnesses, digestive issues, and even menstrual pain?

How fitting is this feature for World Environment Day! We are thankful and wish to encourage everyone to think about ways to reduce, recycle and refill. We offer many refill options in store as well as products that are eco friendly. You can also utilize us as a drop off point for cans and tins recycling. Just ensure the cans/tins are clean and we will hold then until Cevons Waste Management Inc. Recycling plant picks them up.

With JARS Zero Waste Store, she invites us to refill and rethink, turning everyday shopping into a collective step toward a cleaner, more sustainable Guyana.

What you mean you dont provide plastic bags?

This is what we mean....well kinda🤔...when we say bring your own (byo) jars, bottles and reusable bags to shop. One plastic bag takes some 20 years to decompose, while plastic bottles take 450 years.

This customer took it to another level when she brought in a pot to purchase olive oil. And I mean why not... it checked all the boxes

We appeal to you, please, bring a reusable bag or jar, or bottle, when you come. We do not provide plastic bags and the limited large paper bags with handles, we reserve for new customers who do not know our store concept. We are an eco, refill store.
