正念真正代表着甚麼?
What does mindfulness truly mean?
它並非流行口號,Mindfulness 正念,其實就是瑜伽。
It is not just a trendy buzzword—mindfulness is, in fact, yoga.
正念存在於我們每一次瑜伽練習之中,也融入在我們每日的生活裡。
Mindfulness is present in every yoga practice, and it is woven into our everyday lives.
瑜伽練習若失去了正念,就已經不再是瑜伽了。
If yoga practice loses mindfulness, it is no longer yoga.
正念不是只用來討論的話題
Mindfulness is not just a topic for discussion,
也不是用來在 IG 上隨便貼文的潮流詞彙,更不是一種表面的標籤。
nor is it a trendy word casually posted on IG, or a superficial label.
正念不該是一門獨立的科目,更不只是閉上眼靜坐、口說放下。
Mindfulness should not be an isolated subject, nor is it simply about closing your eyes to meditate and saying “let go.”
正念,是需要身體力行的修習。
Mindfulness is a practice that requires real action.
在每一次呼吸、每一個動作、每一個當下。
It is found in every breath, every movement, every moment.
我們教導學生關注的不僅僅是身體的姿態,還有腦海裡的思緒、內心的意圖,以及每一分細微的感受。
We teach our students to pay attention not only to their physical posture, but also to the thoughts in their mind, the intentions in their heart, and every subtle sensation.
透過調節呼吸、平衡神經系統,學習如何好好回應,而非衝動反應。
Through regulating the breath and balancing the nervous system, we learn how to respond thoughtfully, rather than react impulsively.
減少無謂的內耗,換來更多專注的覺察。
By reducing unnecessary inner struggle, we gain greater focused awareness.
這才是真正有覺性地生活。
This is what it truly means to live consciously.
正念,並不是一種 Wellness Trend。Mindfulness is not a wellness trend.
而是回歸生命中真正重要的事物。
It is a return to what truly matters in life.
