人體生物力學綜合治療法
Integrative Human Bio~Mechanic Naprapathy Treatment

當人體肌肉，關節因過勞，日常姿勢不良，壓力等因素導致肌肉不平衡拉扯，便會引起酸痛、麻，甚至拉扯至骨骼歪斜。按摩推拿都是常用方法來舒緩痛楚，緩解狀況。
但是否只有大力按壓才能解決？

Josephine 從2006年起跟隨林遠強老師學習＜ 人體生物力學推拿＞至2008年完成課程。此手法是老師將其師傅蘇梅韻傳授的骨傷科推拿中的保健手法予以整理，發展出以中醫經絡為主，配合物理學上「力」的原理及改變的手法。

過程中利用關節，肌肉，筋腱間力的扛捍，旋轉，加上按壓，搖擺，牽拉等手法，從而達致在輕巧、微痛、不痛情況下調整關節、肌肉、筋膜，使其放鬆，疏通經絡。Josephine 學習並沿用此手法十多年。此外，有感於生理以外，心靈層面也很影響人體健康，所以期間還學習古埃及Sekhem能量治療及髗骶骨治療並按需要揉合在治療當中。

藉著調理和平衡髗骶系統及中樞神經系統功能，以促進身心健康、改善睡眠、提升身體及創傷修復、舒緩痛症、身體保健的效果。
