*No prior experience with meditation is required — just an open heart and a willingness to receive.

What to Expect: Our Sound Relaxation Class 🙌🏼🎶
1️⃣ Grounding Gentle Movement and Breathwork: We begin by settling into our bodies with gentle movement and guided breathing exercises to prepare you for deeper meditation.
2️⃣ Immersive Sound: Lie down and be immersed in the rich soundscape created by Gong, Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, and chimes.
3️⃣ Rest and Release: As the sound waves wash over you, you’ll feel tension melt away, promoting physical and mental well-being.

Grounding and Centering are helpful in obtaining a safe backbend practice. In this workshop, Jackie will guide you through how to do the backbending postures with the techniques of grounding and Centering.

🔎 Arm Balance
⚫️ Date: 21 Sept 2025
Arm balance asanas will be introduced. In this workshop, Jackie will explain how grounding and Centering helps getting into the poses and also the anatomical knowledge behind them.

🔎 Inversions
