Founder Damien Mouellic and the team of practitioners are united in their health philosophy - a philosophy of holistic health, which aims to identify and treat the root cause of illness and physiological imbalance. It is not uncommon for those living in Hong Kong to see their physical and psychological health deteriorate under the strain of work and environmental stressors associated with life in this fast-paced city. As each individual responds to stressors differently, physiological and psychological imbalance in the body manifests differently from person to person. With this fact in mind, Stanley Wellness will uniquely tailor each patient's treatment plan, working synergistically with our team of practitioners as indicated. Central & Stanley Wellness caters for all ages, from the newborn to the elderly, including pre-and ante-natal care, sports injuries and chronic conditions.

It’s our way of continuing that support into the early days of parenthood.

Osteopathy for newborns uses very gentle techniques to help ease feeding difficulties, unsettled behaviour, tension from birth, digestive discomfort, and to support overall comfort and development.

Those first weeks can feel overwhelming. Sometimes a little reassurance — and a gentle pair of hands — makes all the difference.
