Last week, I had hosted a small group of wonderful women in their early 30s for an honest, open talk what I call an “Ovul circle.”

They’re exploring big life decisions like having kids or freezing eggs. Taking these first steps allows them to start taking control of their fertility journey.

Together, we created a supportive space to share, reflect, and learn how to prepare mentally and physically.

Knowledge builds confidence and creating meaningful community spaces like this can make the journey much easier.

Looking back at last week’s workshop!

We spent the afternoon looking into the “unspoken” side of family building. We often talk about the clinical steps, but we rarely talk about the emotional and relational work required to stay grounded.

Every one of us is in a different season of life. My goal was to give everyone the tools to visualize exactly where they stood today and what they may need to create for a more balanced tomorrow.

We did some hands on work to highlight how we communicate and collaborate with those around us because it sucks to navigate these seasons alone. 🤍

My Intention was to provide a moment of stillness and deep reflection and to have a visual “snapshot” of their life right now and a much clearer sense of how to move forward.

What a wonderful gathering today!

I am incredibly blessed to have met more warriors on this journey because ladies you are!

We laughed, we shared, there were some happy tears and what mattered most is that we all had a story to share and we all understood without much explanation. This is what is all about!

As one of them said today my heart is filled. 🫶

Women’s health is being discussed more and more these days, and today’s Hong Kong Women’s Health Symposium alongside the Hong Kong Menopause Society held some fantastic conversations. We were privileged to watch *The M Factor 2* and hear from wonderful speakers: Dr. Tracey Yeung, who talked about fertility preservation, and Dr Zara Chan , who led a panel discussion on the often-overlooked “fourth quarter” after birth, as well as sexual health.

I especially enjoyed the panel discussion with Dr. Laurena Law and her husband, who shared insights about the “4 H’s.” Congratulations to Dr. Zara Chan, Dr. Richie Chan, Dr. Laurena Law and Dr. Rebecca Lau — it was great to see some familiar faces as well!
