【鼻咽癌難以察覺？🤔】
Is nasopharyngeal cancer difficult to be recognized?

👃🏻鼻咽癌是香港最常見癌症之一，每年約有900位新症，👨🏻男性患者比女性多3倍，鼻咽癌不易被察覺，因症狀容易和其他疾病相似，甚至很多患者在癌症發展至後期前都沒有出現症狀。‼️
Nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC) is one of the most common cancers in Hong Kong. There are about 900 new cases per year. The incidence rate for men is 3 times higher than women. It is often difficult to recognize nasopharyngeal cancer because the symptoms are similar to other diseases of nose. Also, many people with nasopharyngeal cancer don't have any symptoms until the cancer reaches an advanced stage.

⚠️鼻咽癌的症狀包括 Symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer can include：

 耳鳴 Tinnitus
 頸部腫塊 Lump in neck
 流鼻血 Nosebleeds
 聲音沙啞 Hoarseness
 聽力下降 Hearing loss
 重影 Double vision

新式血液篩查能有效地識別出早期鼻咽癌，靈敏度達97％，建議高風險人士定期接受篩查。出現症狀者亦應盡早求診。👨🏻‍⚕️
The new screening blood test can effectively detect early stage of nasopharyngeal cancer with 97% sensitivity. People at high risk are recommended to undertake screening test regularly. Individuals with the above symptoms should be investigated for nasopharyngeal cancer as well.

😲香港每4個人中便有1個患上 #鼻敏感。提起鼻敏感，大家都會想起流鼻水及打噴嚏🤧，但原來部分患者會同時出現 #眼敏感？！敏感似乎是小病小痛，如引起的徵狀影響到日常生活，就應該正視。

鼻敏感的典型徵狀包括 #流鼻水、 #打噴嚏、 #鼻痕、 #鼻塞，要處理鼻敏感可利用💊口服藥物、💨噴鼻劑舒緩，嚴重更應該透過 #敏感測試 找出致敏原，再考慮是否需要接受 #脫敏治療。若同時出現眼敏感問題，使用噴鼻劑亦可同時紓緩 #眼睛敏感 的徵狀。

如持續出現鼻/眼敏感的問題就應及早正視，若不妥善處理敏感徵狀的話，暇已時日有機會因過敏體質及致敏原，更有機會慢慢發展成為哮喘病。

To talk about nasal allergies, runny nose and sneezing are always come up from everyone’s mind, but it turns out that some patients have eye allergy at the same time. seems common, but if symptoms have affected daily life, patients should confront the problem.

Common symptoms of nasal allergies are runny nose, sneezing, nose itchiness and stuffy nose. To relieve symptoms, patients might use medicine and nasal spray. To tackle serious nasal allergies, allergen test is suggested and see if desensitization is needed for the case. If patient have both nasal and eye allergy, nasal spray can solve both problems.

If nasal and eye allergy continuously happen, patients should face up to the problem and get rid of the symptoms, otherwise it might cause greater chance of developing asthma.
