It’s been over 2 years since I launched She&Co Therapy. Along the way, there have been many ups, a few downs, and the unexpected gift of my 2nd daughter! I’ve had the privilege of supporting over a hundred of beautiful souls, and bringing my therapeutic work to a wide range of spaces, from schools to multinational corporations.
Having worked in the high-pressure finance sector myself, I’ve particularly loved helping professionals, especially women, navigate the seemingly impossible juggle of career success, motherhood, and self-care. This feels like the sweet spot of my work, and I’m excited to deepen into that calling…
