法醫精神科是一門精神科之次專科，以人類行為、心理層面，及醫學知識處理法律個案。其服務範圍十分廣泛，能應用於不同場合，包括醫療、工作環境、犯罪個案，及公眾安全等等。

除了基本的精神科醫學服務，我們的專業精神科專科醫生何美怡，何醫生亦能提供與法醫精神科有關之服務，包括評估個案有關人士作證及訴訟的能力、及就被告之精神狀況提議合理的審判結果。同時，何醫生能擔任專業證人的角色，在案件審核期間為法庭提供專業意見。

除此之外，何醫生亦能參與有關的民事訴訟個案，包括評估精神能力、情感創傷、壓力創傷後遺症、立遺囑或其他行為能力等。何醫生亦能為有需要人士提供全面的暴力危機評估及管理，能有效預防精神病患者的暴力行為。
