This edition of FLOWCUS Intensive breaks down the inversion practice. Whether you are new to inversions or an inversion ju**ie in training, this workshop will give you the tools to successfully and safely practice movements that take you upside down!

What to expect:

✅ Overview of what constitutes an inversion practice
Preparation and activation of core and muscle groups needed to support any arm balancing and headstand practice.

✅ Learn the key to creating a stable and strong foundation to hold inversions safely.

You asked, and we listened! After the huge success of our previous puppy yoga charity classes, we’re excited to launch this special Bring Your Own Dog (BYOD) session, created especially for everyone who requested it!

We have two sessions where you and your furry friends can join in on all the fun. Choose our Tone (10:30am) for a lil feel-good sweat or Release (12:00pm) for a chiller kinda vibe. The room will not be heated and doors will be wide open to our patio, giving all the pooches plenty of space to stretch their legs, run around, play, and burn off some energy between poses.

Whether you’re coming with your own dog or with a friend, everyone is welcome! If you don’t have a pup, come along anyway and enjoy some quality cuddle time and interaction with all the adorable dogs in attendance.

Buddy Bites has kindly prepared special tasty treats for every four-legged participant to enjoy. In addition, our friends at NOMI will keep us, the two-legged participants, hydrated throughout the sessions with their delicious electrolytes.

Get ready for wagging tails, playful zoomies, gentle stretches, and lots of feel-good moments. We can’t wait to see you and your best friend(s) there!

Yes, you read that right!

It might be the only time of the year we sloooow down and chill, join us for a one of a kind Tortoise Yoga - where we stretch, move, and hang out with a few cool dudes on the mat for a good cause!

Known to be slow and chill, tortoises embody the flow life. We will be lightly warming up the room and slow flowing with 7 affectionate shelled-house friends who may bump, crawl, and say hello in our special class. If you are lucky, they may even walk on your back and give you a nice deep tissue massage (just kidding)! These tortoises range up to 15kgs and can live 50 to 100 years or more so you might be in company with a creature that has more life experience than a few of us combined!

The tortoises joining the session are rescued African Spurred tortoises that are friendly but shy and much like us, love a little snack. We will have healthy treats for our tortoise friends as we play together in this one of a kind experience.
