These mind adventures or flights of the soul take place in strange, hyperspatial environments.

Shamanic herbal medicine visions are adorned with intricate designs that pulsate with light and color.

Most surprisingly, people usually report interacting with intelligent entities or “teachers” in the visionary environment.

《精神疾病與神經科學期刊》的一篇研究

當我們身體分泌 tryptophan血清素，要是多就會感到快樂，而有趣的一點是如果你好快樂，你的血清素分泌又會增加。

這就叫做相輔相成，那麼我們如何可以變得快樂呢？

跟據U.S. National Library of Medicine的資料 ，血清素（Seretonin）是一種生物化學訊息傳遞與調控物質，從必需胺基酸色胺酸（L-TRYPTOPHAN）合成而來。

原來我們是可以輕而易舉地，在日常的食物中攝取到的，吃了這些簡簡單單的食物後，就可以合成出來。

因為Tryptophan是一種人體必需的胺基酸，幾乎所有的蛋白質食品中都有。

豆腐、納豆、牛奶、乳酪、金槍魚Thunnus、肝臟、香蕉、米、堅果（在核桃和山核桃中發現有好多）每公斤差不多有25-400毫克

除了食物之外，有一些行為也是會令你變得正面和快樂的，包括看正面的電影、聽正面的音樂、和正面的人交往，也是可以的。

通常會在冥想與禁食期間大量產生。
其結構與血清素、褪黑激素相似，是一種可以打開人類潛能的物質。

大家在儀式進行時所服用的薩滿草藥是夜晚的植物（屬陰性），來自亞馬遜河的熱帶雨林地區。

服用草藥後，視力會變得特別敏銳，這也是為什麼死藤水儀式皆在夜晚舉行的原因。

在三日兩夜禮中

生命的開始與死亡是非常重要的兩部份
除了我們的世界，還有許多靈性存有。

A soup made from the ayahuasca of the Malpighiaceae family. The indigenous people of the Amazon rainforest in South America will drink this juice to enhance their psychic abilities.

Ayahuasca由兩種植物組成，通常是含有MAOI的Banisteriopsis卡皮和含有N，N-二甲基色胺（DMT）的（網紋草 Psychotria viridis）。在大多數哺乳動物和植物中都發現了DMT，即是“精神分子”，食入時會產生強烈的視覺和幻覺。

是一種從金虎尾科屬的死藤煮成的湯液，南美洲亞馬遜雨林的原住民會透過飲用這種汁液來提升其通靈能力。

虎尾科（學名：Malpighiaceae），共有約75屬1300餘種，分布在全球熱帶地區，但絕大部分生長在熱帶美洲，主要在加勒比海地區、美國南部，其餘小部分生長在非洲、馬達加斯加島、菲律賓、新喀里多尼亞和中南半島一帶。中國有4屬23種 只有部分引入的觀賞植物，沒有原生的品種。臺灣有4屬6種。

Peru's government claimed that consumption of the "teacher" or "wisdom" plant "constitutes the gateway to the spiritual world and its secrets, which is why this traditional Amazon medicine has been structured around the Wisdom plant ritual".
