感謝《星島日報》的媒體專訪，報道了AI如何透過Actuwise Limited推動輔導及精神健康支援的轉型。

像「Pai.ACT」這類廣東話AI應用程式，已為超過1,500名有特殊教育需要（SEN）兒童的照顧者提供服務。當中，逾200位曾接受面談輔導的人士，其焦慮及抑鬱徵狀減少了三成。AI同時亦大大提升了效率，將評估時間由60至90分鐘縮減至僅需20分鐘，並為初級ACT輔導員提供可行建議，令他們的專業表現可媲美資深同工。

正如項目負責人莊教授強調，雖然AI在培訓及支援方面表現出色，但人類輔導員的信任和同理心始終無可取代——AI只是輔助，而非取代者，兩者相輔相成，才能推動精神健康服務向前。

本計劃項目團隊長期致力於接納與承諾療法（Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, ACT）的創新研究，聚焦於發展精準心理健康服務模式。團隊研發的AIxACT智能系統，透過人工智慧技術實現：

1. 心理靈活性篩查——快速識別認知僵化傾向
2. 高危人群分層——自動分診焦慮抑鬱等高風險個案
3. 精準介入對接——將用戶直接連結到結構化ACT課程資源

照顧別人的人，很多時候都會忽略了：其實自己的精神健康也需要被照顧。早前，本院莊婉瑜助理教授和項目經理丘培狄先生獲明愛樂晴軒《心源》訪問，了解接納與承諾治療（ACT）如何幫助有特殊需要兒童的照顧者覺察自己的情緒需要、釐清價值觀，並實踐符合其價值觀的行動。

【為和諧之家同工們而設：接納與承諾治療培訓工作坊】

十分榮幸Pai.ACT計劃負責人莊婉瑜助理教授能於早前11月11日及11月19日，在和諧之家舉辦了兩場接納與承諾治療的培訓工作坊，並向前線同工分享有關接納與承諾療法（ACT）的理念 。十分高興，當日能與20位來自和諧之家的同工一同參與了培訓工作坊，共同學習及交流如何將ACT的理念應用於前線服務中。

再次感謝和諧之家歡迎和支持，我們十分高興能與到來的同工們一同分享ACT的理念和培訓，為更多家長及照顧者提供更好的支援 。接下來Pai.ACT團隊會繼續廣接納與承諾治療，致力於讓更多有需要的SEN照顧者及更多不同群體能接觸到Pai.ACT的服務並受惠於ACT的理念。

【Pai.ACT™ 沙田區地區性研究計劃介紹】

Pai.ACT™團隊將會於10月中開展與社會福利署沙田區福利辦事處共同推行的沙田區Pai.ACT™地區性研究計劃，計劃有超過25間沙田區的學前服務單位參與，涵括所有特殊教育學前兒童康復服務的服務單位類別，讓更多有需要的SEN照顧者能接觸到Pai.ACT™的心理支援服務並受惠於接納與承諾治療 (ACT)的理念。

Pai.ACT™將會透過 AI 聊天機器人「Pai」，先為使用者的心理健康狀態進行評估，並模擬ACT輔導面談的第一節內容，引導家長了解自己在照顧小朋友的時候會出現的挑戰及內在感受，再按其需求，建議合適的ACT自學課程，並為有需要的中度及嚴重情緒困擾的個案提供4至6節基於聚焦接納與承諾治療 (FACT)的網上輔導面談服務，以達至分流的效果。期望透過研究計劃能更進一步評估Pai.ACT™的成效，展示AI技術在支援照顧者心理健康的有效性。
