PIAF Teacher Introduction 💫 Nicole •
Nicole has always been a quiet soul. Growing up, she wasn’t much of a “sports person” and never thought of herself as flexible or strong. She first tried yoga in 2015 simply to stay fit, but she ended up falling in love with the peaceful and quiet nature of the practice.
To Nicole, yoga is far more than just a workout. It is a way to connect the mind and body, to know yourself on a deeper level, and to discover what you are truly capable of.
After earning her RYT 200 certification in 2017, she continued her studies and is now a certified instructor with RYT 500+ hours, along with additional certifications in Yoga Wheel, Prenatal Yoga, and Inversions. She has been teaching as a full-time yoga instructor for six years.
Nicole believes that a good yoga practice should strike a balance between strength and flexibility — building stability while increasing mobility. She considers empathy a cornerstone of her teaching. Her philosophy centers on listening to your body without forcing it or comparing yourself to others. Her goal is to share her yoga journey and experience with every student, guiding them through their own path of self-discovery.
