常見學生錯誤

練習 Reformer總係覺得「唔到位」?檢查吓呢 4 個細節!🛠️

學生最常犯呢 4 個錯誤,快啲 Check 下你有無中!

❌ 錯誤 1:手指公「開叉」
✅ 正確:手指公應與其餘四指對齊,穩握 Footbar,避免手腕壓力過大。

❌ 錯誤 2:腰部變「山洞」
✅ 正確:腰與床墊之間應只保留少量(約一隻手掌厚度)嘅自然空間。如果空間太多,代表你嘅核心已經鬆咗。

❌ 錯誤 3:死壓腰部
✅ 正確:腰部唔係用力向下壓死,而係應該與身體保持水平,尋找脊椎最自然嘅 Alignment。

❌ 錯誤 4:腳部呈 X 形
✅ 正確:注意雙腳力線!腳踭要貼緊、內側發力,確保雙腿對齊,唔好變咗 X 形。

普拉提係一場與身體細節嘅對話。下一次上 Tower 堂,試吓調整呢幾點,你會發現發力感完全唔同晒!🔥

Kiki is a yoga and Pilates teacher who lives the fast-paced life of a city dweller.
Through years of physical strain, she learned to listen to her body’s limits and discovered true strength and stability within them. Starting with Yoga, she found her way into Pilates. Her injuries taught her that real strength is not about pushing to the limit, but finding balance within limitations.
Kiki’s teaching style is gentle and mindful. She emphasizes “feeling” more than “performing,” guiding students to slow down, tune into their bodies, and activate movements from subtle details. Her classes help improve posture and correct imbalances in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

瑜伽棒是一種專門設計用來釋放身體肌肉張力的道具。透過槓桿原理,「棒」(Bou 在日文中意為「棍」或「棒」)能在你將一側推離中心時,對另一側產生更大的力量。它針對較小的肌肉群以及更深層的肌肉,自然地引導出身體本有的關節活動度。透過喚醒這些深層肌肉,瑜伽棒有助於重新調整身體軸線——這是良好姿勢的基礎,同時釋放肩關節與髖關節周圍的緊張。它也是一種極有效的工具,能幫助練習者掌握瑜伽體位的正確對位。

The Yoga Bou prop will be used to facilitate movement, with detailed instructions provided throughout the class.
Yoga Bou is a specialized prop designed to help release muscular tension in the body. Utilizing the principle of leverage, the Bou (meaning “stick” or “rod” in Japanese) creates greater force on one side as you push the other side away from its center. It targets smaller muscle groups and deeper layers, naturally drawing out the joint mobility inherent in your body. By awakening these deeper muscles, the Yoga Bou helps realign your body axis—the foundation of good posture—while releasing tension around the shoulders and hip joints. It is also an highly effective tool for teaching correct alignment in yoga poses.
