💺 長時間坐住、肩頸繃緊、腰背發緊?
工作一忙,身體最先「被欠債」。其實只要 5 分鐘 Office Reset,就可以舒緩僵硬、重啟專注、提升工作表現。呢篇幫你把常見「坐太耐」嘅不適變成可行動嘅小習慣。

1. 肩頸開展(胸腔打開):雙手放後腦,慢慢把手肘向外打開,30–40 秒 × 2–3 組

2. 手臂橫拉(上背放鬆):手臂伸直過胸,由另一手輕壓手肘,30 秒 × 2 組/側

3. 坐姿扭腰(腰背減壓):坐直,右手放左大腿外側、向左轉體,20–30 秒 × 2 組/側

4. 腿後肌伸展(下肢循環):站立撐椅背,一腳向前微屈髖,30 秒 × 2 組/側

5. 促進血液循環:坐太耐令下肢循環變差,簡單伸展可「開機」⚡️

6. 減少代償用力:肩頸/腰背不再硬撐,動作更自然 🧩

7. 專注回升:呼吸+姿勢被「重置」,腦袋清醒啲 🧠

8. 降低不適風險:把小痛變成早期處理,而唔係等惡化 🚦
