🤱：BB 好似將我當咗做奶嘴咁啜，係咪正常？
答：呢個係好常見嘅情況。
BB 未必會一餵完奶就即刻瞓著。吸啜嘅過程會刺激腸道分泌一種物質幫佢入睡，但通常要 5 至 10 分鐘先可以分泌到足夠嘅分量。所以有時就算乳房已經清空咗，BB 都仲會繼續啜。佢未必係肚餓，而係想搵安撫。
呢條片會為大家講解更多。

🤱: My baby seems to treat me like a pacifier. Is it normal?
Answer: Yes, it is perfectly normal!
A baby will not always fall asleep immediately after feeding. Sucking triggers the intestines to secrete a substance to help him sleep, but it takes 5 to 10 mins to release enough of it. That is why your baby may continue to suck even if the breast is empty. He is likely seeking comfort rather than food.

有D媽媽問：BB咬手指，或者見到手仔靠近嘴邊就追住，呢D行為係咪代表BB未飽？
有時係，但亦有可能係覓食反射。
呢條片會教大家分辨BB係咪真係肚餓。

Some mothers wonder if their baby is still hungry when they see him sucking his fingers or following a hand near his mouth. Sometimes it is a sign of hunger, but often it is simply the rooting reflex.
Check out this video to learn how to tell whether your baby is actually hungry.

有D媽媽開刀生完BB之後，乳頭或者乳暈出現水腫，BB好難吸啜。
唔洗擔心，我哋可以用手按壓去紓緩呢個問題。喺呢條片入面，母乳顧問會為大家示範！

Some mums experience swelling in the ni***es or ar**la after a Caesarean delivery, making it difficult for the baby to suckle.
Don’t worry—this can be solved by applying pressure with your fingers. Check out our lactation consultant’s demo in this video!

有D媽媽開刀生完BB之後，發現乳頭或者成個乳暈都變到好硬。
呢個情況好常見，因為開刀生嗰陣，醫療團隊會為媽媽提供額外水份，而呢D水份會停留喺身體入面，需要7至10日時間排走。
下星期我哋會同大家分享解決方法。

Some mums find that their ni***es or ar**la become hard after a Caesarean delivery.
This is very common. During delivery, the medical team provides extra water, which may accumulate in the breasts. It typically takes 7 to 10 days for the body to drain.
What to do? We will share the solution with you next Friday!

餵哺母乳會唔會令胸部變形？
好多媽媽都有呢個擔憂。其實無論你係咪餵母乳，生完BB之後乳房都會自然出現變化。

母乳媽媽可以透過以下方法維持胸部形狀：
✅ 做運動鍛鍊胸肌
✅ 穿著肩帶較濶、具承托力、無鐵線嘅全杯胸圍

Will breastfeeding cause sagging?
It’s a common worry for many mums, but the truth is your breasts change after pregnancy whether you breastfeed or not.

To maintain your breast shape while breastfeeding:
✅ Do exercises to strengthen the chest muscles
✅ Wear a wireless, full-cup bra with wide shoulder straps for support

問：媽媽奶茶（上奶茶）會唔會幫到增加奶量？🤔

答：上奶茶喺一D情況下可能有幫助，但唔係萬能。想增加奶量，應先做好基本功：
✅ 早餵哺
✅ 正確餵哺姿勢
✅ 頻密餵哺
✅ 多飲水
✅ 多食含蛋白質嘅食物
❌ 補奶粉

Q: Does Lactation Tea really work? 🤔

A: Lactation tea may help in certain situations, but it is not a magic fix.
The key is to get the basics right first:
✅ Start breastfeeding early
✅ Ensure correct positioning
✅ Practice frequent feeding
✅ Drink plenty of water
✅ Eat protein-rich food
❌ Infant formula

問：母乳媽媽可唔可以飲糯米酒？
答：唔建議。因為我哋無足夠嘅研究數據，未能確定糯米酒係咪含有酒精、會唔會同其他食物「撞」、或者對BB有咩影響。
相信大家產前產後都非常小心飲食，所以我哋建議大家選擇風險較低嘅食物。

Q: Can breastfeeding mums drink glutinous rice wine?
A: It is not recommended because there is not enough research data on its alcohol content, its potential impact on babies, or whether it conflicts with other food.
We know you are very careful with your diet during pregnancy and after giving birth. We therefore recommend choosing food that is less risky.
