This Leadership Retreat is the last event organiser by YFC 2022-2024!

In the first half, Prof. Hui, a professional trainer from HKU Business School packed several big concepts into a 2hr workshop:
- understanding yourself as a person and as a leader
- being aware of the assumptions you make about the people you work with
- the leader being someone who simplifies problems
- finding an anchor while you try to achieve your goal
- not being a perfectionist
- having front foot mentality!

In the Fireside chat, young fellows to not so young fellows shared their experience about stepping into various leadership positions and some survival skills they picked up along the way.

We want to thank everyone for coming, and hope that everyone was inspired by this retreat to think bigger and broader about what they want to achieve or advocate for as a young fellows!

Please continue to support YFC events!
