Kailangan ba talaga mag recruit sa IMG?
If you just want to learn, or invest, you do not need to recruit.
If you just want to enjoy the benefits, you do not need to recruit.
If you just want to do the IMG business by yourself, and rely on personal productions, you do not need to recruit.
You need to recruit people to duplicate yourself if you want to build a big business.
This recruitment is building your team, something you do in ANY business activity.
You recruit your yaya, your assistant, your chef, your driver, your secretary, your staff, your duplicate. The military recruits soldiers, the hospital recruits doctors, the courts recruit judges and public defenders.
Recruiting is not networking.
Specifically, in many unscrupulous networking groups, people recruit to make money on membership fees.
In IMG, you invite/recruit people to teach how to save, invest and do the business with you. We do not make money on membership fees, and in many cases, reap no financial benefit from members we invite to IMG (even if we do spend time and effort to give free training). We benefit only if the recruit decides to do the business, and actually puts an effort to it.
