Cindy () demonstrates a few movements that physiotherapists often consider when assessing readiness, such as

✅ Walking comfortably for 30 minutes
✅ Balancing on one leg for 10 seconds each side
✅ Doing 10 single-leg squats each side
✅ Jog in place for 1 minute
✅ Doing 10 forward bounds with soft landings
✅ Hopping in place 10 times each leg
✅ Finishing 10 running man reps each side
